Two Hats That I Accessioned

From the Tanner House Museum

I accessioned these beautiful hats about a year and a half ago.

Victorian era, brown silk

Unfortunately one of the tie-ribbons has come undone within the last century.
Look at the gathering on lines, then the loose fabric that is ruched between them!
Big double bow on the top back.

1950's - 60's hat. Rubbed velvet leaves and berries, velvet bow and netting.

I think that this would be easy to make too.
